House Rules

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.

Japanese law requires every guest to present a valid passport (or photo ID for residents) at check-in. We securely store a copy as required by the Hotel Business Act.

All rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of ¥30,000 will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including e-cigarettes.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for other guests and our neighbours.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 6 and under stay free when sharing existing bedding with an adult; please tell us in advance.

Only registered guests may enter the room. Day visitors are not permitted in guest rooms; please meet visitors in public areas.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furnishings, or fittings caused during their stay. We will contact you with a fair repair or replacement quote.

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals.
